Nimesha directs the Multisensory Interactive Media Lab (MIM Lab) at UMaine. The MIM lab at UMaine: 1) develops novel enabling technologies to explore how sensing, actuation, and interaction (input and output) technologies augment our interactive experiences, and 2) studies human perception and cognition uncovering the mysteries of human multisensory perception.
